You don’t need to deploy the algos daily, however, you would need to log in to regenerate the tokens daily to run the algos.

Yes, Trinkerr allows users to manually exit. While the algos are designed to operate automatically, you have complete control and can intervene if the market conditions or your trade goals change.

Why is the status of my trade ‘In Error'?

The error status could be due to multiple reasons such as margin shortfall, non-generation of the token, illiquid strike etc.

Can I access the backtested data of the live algos?

No, SEBI prevents the circulation of any backtested data. However, you can forward test the strategies at no cost as these algos are run live on Trinkerr. Trinkerr also provides you with statistics on the previous day’s performance.

How many brokers can I connect with Trinkerr?

Accepted Answer

There is no limit to the number of brokers you can connect with Trinkerr. You can connect as many brokers as you choose.

Can I deploy a strategy on multiple brokers?

Accepted Answer

No, one strategy can only be deployed on one broker account. However, you can deploy a different strategy on a different broker account.

Why is there slippage in my order execution?

Accepted Answer

The live demo trades on Trinkerr are independent of bid-ask prices. Whereas, in actual trades, the execution takes place at the market price and there is a chance that a buyer/seller may not be available at the price where the algo might want to exit and hence, it will exit at the price where a buyer/seller is available.

Why is there a mismatch between my P&L and the live demo trade on Trinkerr?

The algo strategies on Trinkerr have a predefined entry time. So, if a user deploys a strategy after the entry time, the P&L of the user would most likely differ from that of the live demo trades on Trinkerr.
