NCC Limited was established as a Partnership firm in 1978, which was subsequently converted into a limited Company in 1990. The shares of the Company, was listed on the stock exchanges in India, in 1992 pursuant to Public offer of equity shares. The Company, its subsidiaries, and Associates collectively referred to as the “Group” is engaged in the infrastructure sector and undertaking turnkey EPC contracts as well as BOT projects on Public-Private Partnership basis. The Group’s range of verticals comprises of Buildings & Housing, Roads, Railways, Mining, Water & Environment, Irrigation, Power, Electrical, Metals, Oil & Gas and International business.
