About the Company

Rajdarshan Industries was incorporated on December 26, 1980 as a private limited company. Earlier the company was known as A R Enterprises. The company is engaged in the business of excavation and transportation of limestone on contract basis.

On January 27, 1993 the company was converted into public limited company. The shares of the company are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange. On March 29, 1997, the name of the company was changed to its present one.

The company has undertaken excavation and transportation works of limestone on contract basis for companies namely JK Cement Works, Shree Cement Limited and Manikgarh Cement Works.

The company’s registered office is located at 59, Moti Magri Scheme, Udaipur 313001, Rajasthan.
