Honda India Power Products Limited (HIPP) (Formerly known as Honda Siel Power Products Limited), is a subsidiary of Honda Motor Co. Japan and was incorporated on September 19, 1985.
What started 36 years ago as a dream to serve its customers with products that truly help him do their work more efficiently has unfolded into a remarkable journey of achieving many milestones. The company has been the preferred choice of the customers worldwide and its existence is the result of the creation of the joy of buying, selling & empowering the dreams of over 5 million users which makes HIPP the undeniable leader in the power production industry.
It is one of the first Japanese company to enter the Indian market in 1985 and thereby contribute to strengthening economic relations between India and Japan. Since its inception, the company has been providing innovative, eco-friendly & best-in-class products to its customers across India in the field of power backup, agriculture & construction.
Currently, the company’s products are being sold to many countries across the globe and its 7.0 kVA generator has established its good image due to quality, performance, technology (Fuel Injection System) in USA, Europe and other developed markets.

The Company is primarily engaged in manufacturing and marketing the portable gensets, water pumps, general purpose engines, lawn mowers, brush cutters and tillers. The Company caters to both domestic and international markets.
