The beginning of the brand Sreeleathers was many decades ago, when Sri Satyabrata Dey came to Calcutta and started a business of selling footwear from a little shop on Lindsay street. At a time when wearing leather footwear was seen as a Luxury, and the retail industry didn’t cater to the middle class population in India: he focused on making good quality leather footwear accessible to everyone.

Sri Satyabrata Dey Nurtured a dream to make durable footwear that could be affordable. This dream came true when Sreeleathers expanded to become a pioneer in Eastern India, gradually landing it an international dimension. The Lindsay street showroom holds record for being the World’s Largest Single brand footwear store. There are 35 Dealer Showroom, apart from its own 5 Showrooms, all over the Country. Although, he values growth in his business endeavours, his patrons, have always been his top priority; and would always protect their interests become authorising a Dealer showroom. Sri Satyabrata dey’s ability to be ambitious and yet true to his founding principles, made Sreeleathers a household name today.
