About the Company

PTL Enterprises was incorporated in the year 1959. The group's principal activity is to manufacture tyres.

The company operates in three segments; namely lease of plant, health care and other corporation. The company plant is located Kalamassery, Alwaye, Kerala 683104. It has given the plant on lease to Apollo Tyres, which manufactures truck and bus tyres sold under brand name ‘Apollo’.

PTL Enterprises manages subsidiaries viz. Artemis Health Sciences Private Limited, Artemis Medicare Services Private Limited, Artemis Life Sciences Private Limited, Artemis Mediequipments Private Limited and Artemis Medical Institute & Hospitals Private Limited.

It subsidiary Artemis Medicare Services Private Limited has set up Artemis Health Institute (AHI) a state-of-the-art, super-speciality hospital in Gurgaon. It is a tertiary care hospital with super-specialisation in oncology (cancer), cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, orthopaedics and minimally invasive surgery and offers high-end care in all other areas of medicine. It is one of the country's technologically most advanced hospitals and houses state-of-the-art imaging equipment including PET-CT Fusion Imaging, 64 Slice CT Angiography and IGRT Machine for all the specialties.

Artemis Health Institute has been awarded the 'Best IT enabled hospital' award for the year 2008.

The subsidiary company is exploring various possibilities in R&D business and partnership with the government for better healthcare.

Its registered office is located at 6th floor, Cherupushpam building, Shanmugham Road, Kochi 682031 (Kerala).
